Terms and Conditions for Surgical Autonomy Program

By accessing or participating in the Surgical Autonomy Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not participate in the Surgical Autonomy Program.

The Surgical Autonomy Program is an educational or professional development initiative designed to enhance surgical decision-making, skill acquisition, and/or autonomy in practice. The Program provides a platform to assess competency, provide feedback, and visualize progress for surgical trainees in the OR setting for Residents and Fellows. Participation may include access to tools, assessments, simulations, mentorship, or instructional materials.

The Surgical Autonomy Program is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are solely responsible for their clinical decisions and should always exercise independent medical judgment.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of North Carolina.
