The Surgical Autonomy Program is an educational or professional development initiative designed to enhance surgical decision-making, skill acquisition, and/or autonomy in practice. The Program provides a platform to assess competency, provide feedback, and visualize progress for surgical trainees in the OR setting for Residents and Fellows. Participation may include access to tools, assessments, simulations, mentorship, or instructional materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Surgical Autonomy Program.
This includes, but is not limited to, any harm resulting from reliance on Surgical Autonomy Program content or tools, lost data, surgical errors, credentialing issues, or employment consequences.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of North Carolina.
